You and your family/team and all the patient helpful advice and constructive guidance was instrumental in the finished product receiving so many admiring comments from all the other trades and visitors to our new home. The process from your drawing stages and suggestions of woods, handles, and styles, along with your flexible appointment schedules helped us achieve exactly what we wanted within a budget we had allowed for.

You adapted to our many requests during construction. Then the installation was professional, clean, and so well done that the finished product was a work of art (no pun intended). When you add to that the back-up service for minor adjustments that we wanted the whole experience was flawless.
